At Cressa Candles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your product, we’re here to help. This Refund Policy outlines our terms for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Returns

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving them for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Custom or personalized orders.
  • Sale or clearance items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Used candles, wax melts, or figurines.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at cressacandles@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to ship the item back to us.

Please note: The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, providing photos and a description of the damage. We will offer a replacement or a refund as appropriate.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-7 days.

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund after the specified time, first check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at cressacandles@gmail.com. 

5. Exceptions

Certain products, such as personalized or custom-made candles , wax melts and wax figurines, cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective or damaged.

Final Sale Items:

Items purchased as part of a final sale or clearance are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the product was damaged or defective upon delivery.

7. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at cressacandles@gmail.com. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled. Custom and personalized orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
