At Cressa Candles, we take pride in providing a seamless shopping experience for our customers. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the shipment of your orders, including processing times, delivery methods, and associated costs. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms stated below.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Processing times may vary for handmade items such as candles and wax figurines, as these are crafted with care and may require additional time. Custom and large orders may also have extended processing times. Please allow up to 7-14 days for production in these cases. You will receive another email if more time than that is required.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the total weight of your order. We offer the following shipping options:

3. Domestic Shipping

We offer shipping throughout the United States. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but typically range from 3-5 business days for standard shipping.

4. International Shipping

At this time, Cressa Candles does not offer international shipping. We only ship within the United States.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your delivery. Please note that tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update.

6. Delivery Issues

If your order does not arrive within the expected time frame, please contact us at cressacandles@gmail.com with your order details and tracking number, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

In the case of lost or damaged packages, we will file a claim with the shipping carrier. Please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date if your package is missing.

7. Shipping Restrictions

Due to shipping regulations, some items may not be available for shipment to certain locations. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote locations. Please contact us if you are unsure whether we ship to your address.

8. Changes to Your Order

If you need to make changes to your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us at cressacandles@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing the order. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but once an order has shipped, we cannot alter shipping details.
