Welcome to the Cressa Candles website (the "Site"). Please read these Terms of Service ("Agreement", "Terms of Service") carefully before using www.cressacandles.com (the "Site") operated by Cressa Candles ("us", "we", or "our"). This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Site and the services we provide, including but not limited to the sale of handmade candles, wax melts, wax figurines, artwork, and tarot reading services (collectively referred to as “Services”).

By accessing or using the Site in any manner, including, but not limited to, visiting or browsing the Site or contributing content or other materials to the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility

By using our Site, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old or have legal parental or guardian consent to use our services. You represent that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

2. Products and Services

Cressa Candles offers the following products and services:

Descriptions of our products and services are provided on the Site. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, or other content is error-free, complete, or up-to-date.

3. Orders and Payment

All prices displayed on our Site are in USD and are subject to change without notice. By placing an order, you agree to pay the total amount due, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using one of our accepted payment methods. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders at our discretion.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We will make every effort to ensure that your order is delivered in a timely manner. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination, and we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Once the products are shipped, ownership and risk pass to the buyer. Shipping fees and policies are outlined in our Shipping Policy.

5. Custom Orders

For custom candle designs, artwork, or wax figurines, all specifications must be provided clearly during the ordering process. Once a custom order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. All custom orders are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect due to our error.

6. Tarot Reading Services

Our tarot reading services are for entertainment purposes only. Any advice or guidance provided during readings is subject to interpretation, and we are not responsible for any actions taken as a result of the reading. Clients must book appointments through the Site, and cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a refund.

7. Returns and Refunds

We strive for customer satisfaction. However, due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or defective. In the event of damage, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for a replacement or refund. Refunds for tarot reading cancellations will be processed in accordance with our Tarot Reading Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to product designs, artwork, text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Cressa Candles or our content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our content without prior written permission.

9. User Accounts

If you create an account on our Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts at our discretion.

10. Limitation of Liability
